RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods,
we will happily exchange or provide a store credit for full-priced items providing the product/s are in
t
he same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. 

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. To start a return, please contact us at info@bridgetellery.com as soon as possible to ensure that we are able to complete the exchange.

If your return is accepted, the items must be returned in a secure and waterproof courier bag,
within 14 days of receipt of your product/s.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You'll be notified via email that your return has been processed at our Head Office.
Please allow 14 working days for a return to be processed from the time that it is received.

All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to
us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

All returns are at the discretion of Bridget Ellery.

Perfume

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Perfume.

The best way to try our perfume is to order our sample pack.

Please email info@bridgetellery.com and we will send one out to you.

We also do not accept returns on jewellery pieces for reasons of health and safety. 

Sale Items

For final sale items, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds, unless the product is faulty.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return,
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your refund to show at on your bank or credit card statement.
